Responsibilities
- Full handling of accounting tasks such as invoice processing, receipts.
- Following up with client accounts teams for payment.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Serve as a responsible point of contact for the CEO, screening and managing communication.
- Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Liaise with senior leaders in the education space, representing the CEO when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritize and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time.
- Document Preparation and Management:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, including arranging agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure necessary materials and information are prepared for meetings in advance.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
